With extensive knowledge of the dental industry, we ensure that patients receive the personalized attention needed to commit to their treatments, which enhances both patient satisfaction and your practice’s bottom line.

Net Profit King was founded by Eric Horwitz in April 2023 with the mission of helping dental practices grow, improve patient outcomes, and operate more efficiently. Eric has been an entrepreneur for over 14 years, and this is his second business. His first company, LIFT Enrichment, which provides healthy culinary workshops to Title I schools in California, was started in 2010 and grew to $9 million in annual revenue with high profit margins.  With a team of 230 members, LIFT Enrichment teaches 17,000 students weekly and operates mostly in California with current expansions to Texas and New York.  

After the pandemic forced a temporary closure of LIFT Enrichment, Eric recognized the importance of diversifying income streams.  His exploration of healthcare led him to identify a common challenge among dentists: while they excel in patient care, many struggle with the business side, particularly in following up on unscheduled treatments, which are essentially untapped sales opportunities.

Drawing from over a decade of high-level sales experience, Eric founded Net Profit King with a passion for helping dentists lead more successful lives. Since its inception, the team has consistently delivered results. In fact, one of our first clients generated $11,000 in treatments within the first 30 days.

Today, Net Profit King is a regular exhibitor at major dental conferences across the U.S., supporting practices nationwide in converting patient leads into real appointments and revenue.

Team Expertise

Eric Horwitz is the founder of Net Profit King. Originally from Ventura, California, Eric has been leading both Net Profit King and LIFT Enrichment for over 14 years.  His responsibilities include managing his team, writing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), leading weekly meetings, client support and driving the growth of both the team and the company.  Now based in his favorite city, Dubai, Eric spends most of the year there, escaping the summer heat to Warsaw, Poland—his second favorite city.  Eric is passionate about cooking, lifting weights, playing padel with friends, and volunteering to support fellow entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneur Organization. 

Crystal May serves as a dental expert and consultant for Net Profit King, bringing over 19 years of dental experience to the team. She resides in Nevada.

Veron Lecaj is the Partnership Coordinator at Net Profit King, responsible for introducing the company to potential clients through outreach campaigns. He has also served as a Remote Treatment Coordinator and brings five years of sales experience. Veron enjoys soccer, live music, and resides in Kosovo.

Alexandra (Lexy) Cabangon is the Operations Coordinator and is in charge of recruiting and managing our Treatment Coordinators, providing account support for dental practices, and handling CRM tasks.  She is based in Spain.

Paula Van Aarde is the Executive Assistant who organizes Eric’s calendar, travel, client communication, marketing, social media setup, and more. She resides in Namibia.

Remote Treatment Coordinators: These are the HIPAA-certified in-house team members who are trained to serve each client individually, ensuring high-quality patient follow-up and support.
