3 Reasons I Changed My Company’s Name to “Clinic Assist”

We’re making a few big changes to “Net Profit King” starting next week

1) The name of the company will be “Clinic Assist”

The original name “Net Profit King” was a hard sell. I think I wanted it to convey how this consulting company focuses on not just “growth” and “revenue” but “net profit.”

I love the phrase: “Revenue feeds the ego, but profit feeds the family.”

And while we focus on helping grow the revenue and profit, a cleaner name like “Clinic Assist” just sounds more sharp, more professional and easier to understand exactly what we do:  Help dental clinics grow!

2) We’re now focused on helping clinics in Dubai (and the region)

The business started with helping clinics in the US, and our first few clients were in Georgia and Florida, but that required me to stay up very late to help serve my team and clients.  I have a lot of energy and wake up at 5:30am pretty much every day.  I enjoy working in the morning, but I I don’t have a lot of energy and focus at 8:00 pm or 9:00 pm at night, which is when my clients in the US were ready to meet.

Our main focus to grow their revenue as mentioned in this post (success story Atlanta Georgia) was creating a system and hiring remote staff to reach out to 300+ patients a week to schedule their treatment that hadn’t been booked in months.

Now that I’m in Dubai, I’d like to spend those wonderful day-time hours talking and helping clinics remotely AND in-person.

I grew LIFT Enrichment to $10 million in annual revenue from calling schools and districts and setting up in-person meetings with me, and I’ll do the same with Clinic Assist

3) The service is still niched: serving-dentists in the region, but with a twist

In the US, labor is expensive and part of our pitch was that we were 50% the cost of a receptionist or treatment coordinator.  If a front-desk admin cost $4k-$5k a month to help patients in the front office and that admin only contacted 10-50 patients a week, I could pitch how our team cost a fraction of that and would reach out to hundreds of patients a week.

In Dubai, a front-desk admin might cost between 5,000-8,000Dh a month ($1,300-$2,000 USD). That staff member will also work 6 days a week, which is the norm here.

The focus is instead on growing the clinic with a focus on a variety of key elements including: Creating more time and freedom for the owner through delegation, Building SOPs, Helping Recruit and Train Great Staff, New Patient Acquisition, Current Patient Follow-up, and more.

I know for sure that we’re here to help clinics.

And we will work hard to make sure clients have more money, more profit, more freedom and a smoother business to run.

If you are a clinic and want to get a Free “1 Million AED Clinic Assist Consultation” where I will show you a path to add more revenue to your clinic,  book a 10-minute consultation with our team to see how we can help your practice grow.
